Deck hands and such-- primarily this is the single-piece jumper uniform worn by deckhands, crew, and the Chief.

All of of these are of the Chief-- the top two are from the MiniSeries, and the bottom three are from Season 2.0. I believe that the cuff is a manufactured rubberized piece-- the reflective tape makes sense for deck crew.
